The award-winning HBO show premieres its Mayweather-Marquez edition this Saturday.
The Emmy award-winning all-access reality miniseries by HBO returns this weekend at 10:15 p.m. ET/PT to build up the next HBO PPV featuring Juan Manuel Marquez vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. Mayweather-Marquez 24/7 will chronicle the weeks leading to the match in four episodes between two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
Former undisputed pound-for-pound king and still undefeated Floyd Mayweather, Jr., (39-0, 25 KOs) looks to redeem his spot after a long layoff and comes back to train in Las Vegas, while the lightweight world champion Juan Manuel Marquez (50-4-1, 27 KOs) readies for the catchweight battle within a familiar environment in Mexico city, Mexico.
The 24/7 franchise has garnered multiple Emmys since 2008, three last year and four this year, while earning a nod for "Pacquiao-De la Hoya 24/7" (one) and also for "Calzaghe-Jones 24/7" (three).
MAYWEATHER-MARQUEZ 24/7 is the sixth chapter in the franchise.
