Despite long-layoff and rib injury, Mayweather is confident of beating Marquez

The former top boxer of the planet Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather Jr. is confident he can defeat Mexican boxing star Juan Manuel "Dinamita" Marquez in their incoming must see boxing match on September 19 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Mayweather said despite his long lay-off from boxing due to his retirement and recent rib injury during training he has the skills to bring down Marquez in their titanic battle.
The boxing superstar said he respects the skills of Marquez as a boxer but come September 19, he will emerge victorious in their battle since he is the more superior and gifted boxer between them.
Sporting an impressive 39-0, 25 KOs record, Mayweather said after September 19 the people around the world will realize that he is still the premier boxer in the planet and not Filipino boxing superstar Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.
He said his retirement had not at all affective his skills both offensive and defensive and Marquez will know first hand why he is top boxer among professional boxers around the world.
A former boxing bronze medalist in the featherweight during the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, Mayweather hope to land a mega fight against Pacquiao next year if ever he successfully defeat Marquez in their scheduled fight.

He said he will also concentrate on the left rib of Mayweather since this is the area where the latter had some injury during training.
The Mexican boxing warrior recently won his last two huge fights first against Cuban boxing star Joel Casamayor whom he knocked-out in the 11th round September last year.
After his exciting victory against Casamayor, Marquez followed it off with a masterful win against Juan "Baby Bull" Diaz via a ninth round stoppage.
Prior to the two exciting fights, the boxing star also had a memorable battle with Pacquiao whom he had a draw and a loss in their two fights.
Marquez is hoping that a victory against Mayweather can solidify further his status as one of the best boxers in the planet and arranged himself a third mega fight with Pacquiao.
On the other side of the fence, Mayweather is himself training hard to beat Marquez in his first fight after a long lay-off due to his retirement.
